Yes, I have searched for similar issues on GitHub and found none.

What did you do?

You can only list OpenAI models after saving the default Settings → OpenAI Credentials. It took me hours to figure that out.

What did you expect?

model list after save openai credentials

generic error:
the application is taking longer than expected to load please try again in a few minutes
