Release ROI after finished with Follow-me #1078

Currently we are not releasing the gimbal control after we are finished with ROI.

When follow-me is disengaged we should be sending an ROI command with all the parameters set to zero.

Paul (who posted on that forum) wants to set the MNT_MODE to previous. Should we do that, or do we want to send "an ROI command with all the parameters set to zero" like you suggested?

@squilter Sending an ROI with (0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0) will change the mnt_mode
