The issues creation template for feature requests is bloated

Especially seeing many suggestions that didn't realize that the "priorities" table is meant for you to edit the placeholder to enumerate each item and classify them as should/must/won'ts. It's making tons of simple issue submissions into a cluttered mess

Examples such as #277 even made an effort to attempt to "use" the table by editing it, but completely misses the point of how you're supposed to use it, because of how confusing the placeholder table in the original template was.

Solution

make placeholder samples in templates enclosed as comments
