Account for historic names ("the binface problem") #2462

People change their names surprisingly often.

Count Binface used to be Lord Buckethead. They have been merged, and now Binface has taken the place of Buckethead in old elections.

Similarly, this person has stood repeatedly as an OMRLP candidate, but also stood in 2016 as an independent under their real name.

Other, less comical, examples are also available.

Ideally we'd have a concept of a 'SoPN name' which was displayed unless we had a good reason not to.
