Limit JIRA instances on some Products / Product types

A clear and concise description of what the problem is.
Because we have multiple JIRA instances (>100), it's very annoying to select one specific instance and we often misclick.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
As a DOJO Project Manager, I want to only see the Jira instances linked to the current product I'm editing / Product types.
And I only want to see the JIRA Instances linked to my rights (Products / Product Types).

Describe alternatives you've considered
Limit the number of JIRA instances. But after multiple reflections on our context, it was not possible.
