Segmentation Fault when running in Spilo container

I have an open issue with the Spilo repo that I've been waiting for a response on for a while now where this module is causing segmentation faults on RHEL 9.4. Do you have any insight into the impact of removing bg_mon from the list of submodules running in a spilo container?
