This is the basic documentation for Clotho Rest API framework.
It has the following methods: (based on example curl requests)
- homepage: direct the user to Clotho homepage
- createUser: create a user for Clotho
- createSequence: create a DNA/RNA sequence for Clotho to query
- createPart: create part of an existing sequence
- createConveniencePart: create part of an existing sequence
using a convenience method in the class file: Convenience.java
- getById: get a user profile / object by id
- getByName: get a user profile / object by name
- set: a put method that sets the profile
