How to get the tiles of an Apollonius graph?

With a classical Voronoï diagram, I can get the tiles, or I can know in which tile belongs a given point. This allows to plot the graph with pretty colors:

Is it possible with an Apollonius graph? I know how to get the edges of the graph, but not the cells.
