Why I did it
Default mac address is fixed one by SONiC-VS virtual machine based on same image.
It cause communicate error with multiple SONiC-VS virtual machines connection, such as BGP.
How I did it
On build time of sonic-vs.img, remove config_db.json and enable firsttime flag again.
