Add possibility to create a new resource group for new data product/integration.

Thanks @renepajta. I would really like to introduce this option here, but we sadly had to move away from the built-in blade which allows user to create a resource group for the following reasons:

1. Limit locations where ESA can be deployed
2. Get rid of another text field that is not required by our deployment and that cannot be controlled via regex.

I will keep this item in the backlog and we will track changes being made to the Azure blade. Once necessary changes have been introduced, will will add this option back in.

As mentioned in this discussion - Azure/data-landing-zone#164 I would also extend this with subnet.

Both RG and subnet are prerequisites for a data product.
