Please discuss the feature ideas on Gitter first. Then please describe the feature
A clear and concise description of what the feature is.
since i do not see a way you can get the layers from the Level class, yo can only get the height and width

Hi, if it could help. I had to know for my RTS game. What I did is -> Manually reload the Level with the map loader directly instead of using the Assets loader to be able to access it's inner data step by step. I also had to know the layer of individual entites, so I modified my own build of the engine (which I could avoid but had no time for a PR).
