@Drtatom if you're like me, and you're running HassWP on your "windows server", you can use nssm (get it at nssm.cc)
nssm is the "non sucking service manager" - and it allows you to install services in Windows.
if you install it as a service, it will automatically run when Windows boots, and will not show the CMD window (and also will not launch the HA home page).

HA home page just an option in hass.cmd file. You can remove it --open-ui
